LET US PRAY
Praying is one of the easiest but most meaningful thing we can do for one another. Be a part the Trinity Prayer Chain. It’s easy: simply email busadmin@brainerd.net or call the church office, 829-5147. We’ll add you to the list with thanks!

TRINITY FOOD SHELF
Many years ago Trinity established a food shelf for people that are need of food in an emergency situation. People come to the church office seeking our help. These people often times have no other food in the house. Can you imagine being in a situation where you would have to respond to "WHAT'S FOR SUPPER? with, we have nothing to eat. Our food shelf is supported by food and monetary donations from church members. We proclaim the first Sunday of the month as Food Shelf Sunday but it is O.K. to bring food any time. A shopping cart (near the office entrance) is provided for you to place your items in. When someone seeks food we provide them with a grocery bag filled with items for one day's meals (breakfast, lunch and supper).
What are helpful things to bring? Cereal, pancake mix and syrup, prepackaged oatmeal, peanut butter and jelly, soups and stews, crackers, canned fruits, juice, jello, mac and cheese, tuna and tuna helper, Miracle Whip or mayo, spam, spaghetti sauce and pasta, canned vegetables, pork and beans, canned pasta products, complete packaged meals, packaged snacks or cookies.
Things to take into account - they may not have items such as eggs to add to a cake mix; they may not have hamburger to add to hamburger helper or to make tacos; they may not have anything to put ketchup or mustard or barbeque sauce on; they may not have lettuce to put salad dressing on. And please check the expiration date of the products.
Matthew 25:37 and 40 - "....Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? ....I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."
